For the purpose of this privacy policy, we refer to the services provided by us in relation to each of the above as our Services („Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to World of Adventures Services provided by Us for users („You”) via the website, application and discussion forums referenced in section 1 above. The Services include the following functions:

You can use most of our Services as registered user, however, you can browse website without registration.
In the event of any enquiries coming from state, administrative or investigative authorities or courts we may be obliged to provide these authorities or courts with Your personal data subject to applicable laws. In addition, we may transfer your personal data to another company if we are acquired by or merged with that another company.

6. What are your rights?

We erase any of Your personal data without delay if You request Us to do so if one of the following grounds applies:- Your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the given purpose;

- right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain from Us restriction of processing where one of the following applies:- You have contested the accuracy of Your personal data, for a period enabling Us to verify the accuracy of Your personal data;
- the processing is unlawful, and You oppose the erasure of Your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- We need no longer Your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by You for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In this case We will no longer process Your personal data for direct marketing purposes. - right to data portability
You have the right to receive Your personal data, which You have provided to Us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from Us. You have the right to data portability if:- the processing is based on consent or on a contract; and

- right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.We take actions in relation to exercising Your above rights without undue delay and in any event within one month of the receipt of Your request. By sending reasoned notification to You within one month of the receipt of Your request, this one month period may be extended by two months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
In the event of You make such a request by electronic means, We provide You with information by electronic means where possible, unless You request otherwise.
In case We do not take any action regarding Your request, We inform You as to the reasons within one month of receipt of Your request. If you do not agree with our response or action, You have right to remedy (section 7.).
We take the necessary actions regarding exercising Your rights free of charge except if Your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. In case We have reasonable doubts as to the identity of the natural person making the request, We may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of such person.
7. Remedies

8. Miscellaneous
Please note that We review this Privacy Policy from time to time and amend it as necessary. In case We amend this Privacy Policy We announce and publish it by the usual means. Please review this Privacy Policy occasionally.
